Primary Roles & Responsibilities

a) As an Associate Engineer, Perform Design of BIW or Interior Exterior Plastics or Chassis or Powertrain or EESE commodities.

b) Meet Ford quality standards for CAD design deliverables and should have good knowledge in Digital Pre assembly process and BOM.

c) Perform Dynamic and static clearance checks as well as ensure CAD or BOM alignment.

d) Should be able to implement Design actions based on analysis using CAE or CFD or outdoor and indoor tests.

e) Should have knowledge about new technology and future trends in automotive vehicles as well as develop designs according to Sheet metal or Plastics or Powertrain design specifications.

f) Manage CAD design Lifecyle in PML tool and demonstrate High level of analytical ability and problem solving.
