PRIMARY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

About the Position:

a) As a Support or Network engineer, You will have to work on Windows Active Directory as well as management of certificate Certificates. b) Applicants should have an excellent verbal and written communication skills ands should be able to explain technical topics in simple terms. c) You should be able to think quickly and react to client impacting situations. d) Engineers looking for mechanical engineering jobs, civil engineering jobs will be an integral part of their global teams and should be able to self-upgrades. e) You will be assisting to the customer rollbacks and issue resolution on errors during upgrade. f) Applicants will have to assist with the migration of cloud based products like ENSv2, SEGv2, Tunnel or Gateway components. g) You will be assist customer to the first time installs for limited cloud based WS1 products like SEG, Tunnel, UAG & vIDM. h) You will have to perform some demonstrate to the internal technical team including peers, mentors, knowledge base, community forums and other internal tools. i) Junior engineer will have to participate in the technical communications within the technical support team and learn about new technologies. j) You will have to regular follow ups with the customers for the recommendations, updates and action plans. k) Applicants should have a basic understanding of design engineer, mobile device communication and web application structure as well as should have a knowledge of current mobile device trends.
