(a) All Applicants should passed at least 10+2 or equivalent Examination from any recognized Board or University as well as should have a minimum 35% marks in average or They should get 35% marks in Madhyamik examination with Stenography Course from any ITI.
(b) They should have an excellent Knowledge of operating Computer and a certificate from any Government recognized Institution or University and a minimum duration should be of 3 months.
(c) Applicants should be proficiency in typing in English on computer and shorthand writing with minimum speed of 40 words per minute as well as 100 words per minute.
(d) The qualifying marks as mentioned in above is relaxable by 5% marks for all reserved category like SC/ ST/ Ex-serviceman/ PH applicants.
